Preventive Dentistry
We listen carefully to the wishes and concerns of our patients.
Prevention in the field of dentistry is of particular importance because we protect both oral and physical health at the same time. For this reason it is necessary to visit the dentist regularly (every six months) in order to carry out a detailed clinical examination in combination with an X-ray examination when necessary. The aim of the modern dentist is therefore to maintain the health of the patient’s natural teeth, gums and oral mucosa and to minimise the need for oral treatment.
Preventive care includes estimating oral health and oral hygiene, removing dental plaque, using fluoride gel and providing instructions for an individualized oral hygiene program which supports everyone’s needs.

We believe that our most important contribution should be to achieve a meaningful relationship between dentist and child-parent, free from fears and anxiety associated with the dental procedure. It is important to understand the concerns of the child and parents, but at the same time it is necessary, from our point of view, to analyze the process and adopt words and actions that facilitate the realization of our goal. Also a child-friendly environment facilitates the child’s relaxation so that he or she feels familiar and comfortable. In our clinic, we apply all the techniques for prevention (fluoridation/preventive fillings- sealants) and treatment of dental and gum disease, but primarily we focus on the assimilation of good oral hygiene and nutrition habits that affect oral health.
